On Duty:

.    Silver Life Program & Annual Dues Return

.     Attorney provided for Institutional & Office of Administrative Law Hearings (O.A.L.) free of cost for Major Disciplinary Action of 30 days or more.  ALL O.A.L.  cases will have an attorney.

.  SLI Attorney provided free of cost.  In addition, Workmen's Compensation & Pension Applications are done free of charge for all members.

.   Scholarship Program:  Ten (10) $1,000.00 scholarships will be awarded annually to children of Local #105 members who are in their senior year and have been accepted to a college or university.

.    PBA Plates/Shields/Family Cards and other merchandise available.

.    Corrections USA Membership;  All Local #105 members have automatic membership with their fees being paid by the local.

.     Death Benefit; Automatic Benefit of $1,500 paid to family of deceased member, and $12,000 paid by the State PBA if killed in the line of duty.

The above legal consultations would involve detailed discussions with the PBA member regarding their particular legal issue.

A review of any documents provided by the member, and advice and correspondence regarding possible methods for resolution will be discussed.

Any necessary follow-up for additional services such as litigation will be provided at a 25% discount rates.

If necessary, attorneys in the appropriate area of the state, or specific expertise in the particular issue involving the member, will be arranged and coordinated by the Local's firm to ensure maximum member satisfaction.
