RE:  PBA #105 Legal Services Program

PBA 105 is pleased to announce a new legal service program for all PBA 105 members!  As promised, our attorneys will provide a free one hour consultation regarding any personal legal issue for all PBA 105 members and their families.

These consultations will include the following issues.

            1.  Personal injury matters (auto and non-auto);

            2.  Matrimonial and child custody issues;

            3.  Off duty criminal conduct;

            4.  DWI and municipal issues;

            5.  Real Estate;

            6.  Wills and estates;

            7.  Consumer fraud;

The free consultation will include a detailed discussion of the members particular issue; review of any documents involving the member's legal problem; research and advice regarding resolution of the issue; and any necessary follow up work.

In addition, a team of attorneys will be available to handle any further legal services beyond the consultation, such as litigation, at a 25% discount from their usual rates.

The process is simple.  Simply call the offices of Zazzali, Fagella, Nowak, Kleinbaum & Friedman, with offices in both Newark and Trenton, at (973) 623-1822 and advise that you are a PBA 105 member.  The law firm will obtain necessary contact information from you and insure that an attorney discusses your legal issue promptly and professionally.

This is the first of a number of benefits which PBA 105 will be instituting for our members.  We hope you will take advantage of the service.
