Delegate's Report:

*Car Shields:  A letter was forwarded to all Institutional Vice Presidents on July 30, 2007, concerning the delay regarding the car shields, the Committee did not meet in July and assures me as soon as they (the committee) meet, all car shield orders will be processed;

*Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Car Shields & Silver Cards:  In order to apply for a replacement car shield, a report must be filed with your local police department and entered into the NCIC date base; accompanied with a money order for the cost of the items report

*Silver Life Cards:  On July 19, 2007, 155 Silver Life Cards were ordered for members who have 20 years of service with PBA Local #105

*Reporting of Summons, Arrests and/or incarcerations (HRB 84-19):  An employee must contact his/her supervisor before reporting to duty or within 48 hours whichever is less;

*State PBA Family Day at Six Flags:  September 9, 2007 @10:00am until 10:00pm; money orders (only) submitted to your Institutional Vice President for the purchase of tickets; ticket price $36.00 per person;

*State Delegate's Meeting:  Tuesday, August 21, 2007;

*State PBA Convention:  I will be attending the State PBA Convention September 23, 2007 through September 29, 2007, in the Paradise Island, Bahams.
